š§¬ Microbial Strain Engineering Internship (4-6 months), 2 positions, open in 2026
For students in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Microbiology, or Genetics (e.g. Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, NHL Stenden Hogeschool, Hanze Biotech,Ā UMCG).
What you'll do:
ā¢ Work closely with lead scientists to generate targeted strain libraries
ā¢ Integrate biological data with AI models
ā¢ Support the design of microbial production strains
ā¢ Learn how science meets commercialization in biotech
