Sales & Business Development Representative Germany
At Payt, we are looking for an energetic, ambitious and sales-oriented entrepreneur to help us internationalize into the German market. This is an entry-level position.
About the role
Payt has a dominant market leading position in the Netherlands and a starting base of happyΒ customers in Germany.Β So, it is the right time to put more focus on theΒ international expansion of Payt. This means building a team that works closely with the Dutch HQ to increase sales substantially in Germany. You will work directly with board members and other team members to realize our goals.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
β Sell Payt subscriptions
β Build a team (in Germany) with sales and marketing staff
β Build a large customer base
β Generate interest for our product in cooperation partners.
β Manage a balanced funnel of leads, prospects and hot prospects
β Set up agencies/partners globally to sell our products
β Provide customer and sales feedback to our product development team
β Contribute to the Payt teamspirit and vibe
About you
What we require:
β German speaker
β Fluent in English (speech and writing)
β A relevant academic (master) degree (e.g. business administration/ international business and management)
β Good networking skills
Competencies:
β Proactive, self starting type of person
β Result/target driven personality
β Tech-savvy
β Structured way of working, but can also be pragmatic
β A good communicator and team player
What we offer
We provide a good compensation package consisting of:
β A monthly salary (between β¬2.500-β¬3.000)
β An attractive bonus scheme
Work location
Primary location: the HQ in Groningen (Ubbo Emmiussingel 21). Possibility of working in Germany later on.
